Beyond Pale;
There is little doubt the Evermore lads are not only suffering from studio tans but perhaps a mild dose of cabin fever after spending most of the past year working on their third record.
They introduced fans to their new sound with "between the lines", which features a Nova ad and can be downloaded free from evermoreband.com.
As you can see, there's a new look for the lads with frontman Jon Hume taking the peroxide route.

Yeah, he must have known it would have created a stir though.

The Humes are definitely taking a more assertive approach third time round! I think they're aiming to be taken more seriously with the new songs which touch more on universal topics. As opposed to the atmospheric delights of 'Dreams,' and the 'personal experiences' of 'Real Life,' I feel like they will show a true musical and lyrical coming of age come April 2009.
I think the image change holds an intergral part too.
Although I sincerely admire their self confessed geeky image!

Me too!! It's adorable.
And yeah, Pete's new hairdo is quite hot. I showed my mum the picture and she was like "Why would he do that?!" about Jon's hair lol.
