Evermore

Evermore have taken out the prestigious Tui Award for International Achievement. The band were unable to attend the award ceremony on October 5 due to being indisposed in the US, and for some reason they neglected to take advantage of that cool satellite video thing they do for people like Kylie Minogue and Nick Cave when they can't accept awards. Brendan Smythe from NZ On Air was kind enough to accept the award on their behalf. The Finn Brothers and Scribe also won awards for international achievement, but it is unreported as to whether those were also brought to us by birds and beer.
